Meet Debra

In the summer of 1993, I moved to Cabo San Lucas to escape the cold Canadian winters. I was up for a one-year adventure in paradise with my three young children in tow. The sleepy little fishing village was warm and life by the sea took hold of my soul. The simple life was perfect with no TV and only two little telephone centres in town. Thirty-plus years later, my ‘one-year' adventure is still on-going and there is no other place I’d rather be.

With over 20 years of Real Estate sales experience, both in B.C. and Los Cabos, I have witnessed firsthand real estate values explode when the outside world discovers the untouched beauty of a small ocean-side village. I've watched the Mexican coastline develop with world-class golf courses & private Golf communities.

Golfing and Pickleball fill my free time, creating several weeks a year to spend time with my two darling grandchildren, Ellis and James, as often as I can.
